ORDERING GOODS

1. Items in AAb dog shop dog shop are made to custom order.

2. The Buyer chooses the products and adds them to the cart, confirms the order and the Buyer pays it.

3. The Seller, having received the Buyer's order, confirms it by sending an e-mail to the e-mail specified by the Buyer's email address.

4. After receiving confirmation e-mail, Buyer commits to send all necessary dog's measurements if they are needed.

5. The seller starts the production of the custom order after payment.

After preparing the order, the Seller sends a message to the Buyer that the goods are ready for collection or sent to the Buyer.

MANUFACTURING TIME

All of the items in our online shop are manufactured after an order is placed and 100% pre-paid. Production time is 5-12 business days.

PAYMENT

In our online store you can shop conveniently and securely 24 hours a day. Payments are accepted by card (Visa, MasterCard) through Stripe.

The order is executed only upon receipt of payment for the goods and their delivery.

We ship only in Europe Union and Schengen Area.

1. Shipping in Lithuania is FREE.
We ship via Omniva or Lietuvos Paštas.

2.Standard shipping by mail with tracking information in Europe Union and Schengen Area.
(we ship via Lietuvos Paštas, and when the parcel reaches destination country it proceeds with the local post service until the destination point), which promises to get parcels delivered within 2-4 weeks.

Please note that due to COVID-19 there might be delays in delivery.

If your parcel is delayed, please contact us immediately at basenji.aab@gmail.com

A refund can be processed or another parcel shipped only after we receive an official confirmation about the parcel's status from the post.

If the parcel is shipped back to us due to lack of claim, we may ship it to the receiver again, if the receiver pays the additional shipping charges, or we may refund the cost of the product, excluding the additional shipping charges - whichever option the buyer prefers.
