QUALITY, RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS

QUALITY OF GOODS

1. The details of each product sold by AAb are indicated in the description accompanying each product.

2. If the Buyer notices when the product is unpacked that it is broken or cracked, it must immediately inform the Seller by providing visual material showing the damage to the product after unpacking.

RETURNING AND REFUNDING

1. Low-quality goods are replaced and returned by the 2001 Decree of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania. June 29 by order no. 217 "On Approval of the Rules of Return and Exchange of Items" approved by the Rules of Return and Exchange of Items. The money for the returned goods is transferred to the payer's bank account.

2. To return the product (s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by the means of communication indicated in the contact section, indicating the name, order number and return reasons.

3. Return costs (Parcel shipping costs) are paid by the Buyer at his own expense.

4. The Buyer must ensure that the returned product reaches the Seller undamaged and undamaged.

5. If the goods returned by the Buyer reach the Seller broken or otherwise damaged, the money is not refunded to the Buyer.

6. According to Article 6.228 (10) (2) (3) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania: "contracts for goods manufactured according to special consumer instructions which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured according to the consumer's personal choice or instruction, or for goods clearly tailored to the consumer for personal use; "
Custom-made goods are not returned.
