GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The Purchase Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) establish the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter the Buyer) and the Seller, whose company name is UAB Vertaka , company code 304160546, address Eitminų 14-107, Vilnius, Lithuania, Lt-12111 (hereinafter the Seller), when purchasing or ordering goods or services in the online store www.aab.lt – AAb dog shop).
2. Buyer - a natural or legal person who has the right to conclude transactions in his/her own name in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and duly authorized representatives of these persons. By approving these Rules, the Buyer confirms that he has the right to purchase the Goods from AAb dog shop.
3. The buyer must read the Rules before starting the purchase or ordering AAb dog shop. The Seller does not assume any risk or liability and is unconditionally released from it if the Buyer has not read the Rules, even though he has been given such an opportunity.
4. Together with the order submitted by the Buyer, these Rules become an agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller and are a binding legal document for both parties.
5. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules.
PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded from the time of placing the order and is valid until the full fulfillment of obligations under this agreement.
2. The seller reserves the right to cancel the submitted orders if the buyer does not pay the invoice submitted to him within 5 work days. from the Seller's confirmation of receipt of the submitted order.
3. The ordered goods start to be produced only after the invoice is paid.
4. Information about delivery conditions and prices is published in the "Payment&Shipping" sections of AAb dog shop.
5. Each contract concluded between the Buyer, and the Seller protects the Seller by the e-shop personal data protection provisions, which are an integral part of the Contract, and the legal acts regulating the legal protection of personal data of the Republic of Lithuania.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
1. By reading the Rules, the Buyer agrees that his personal data will be processed for the purposes of the sale of goods by AAb dog shop.
2. By agreeing to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of AAb dog shop goods and services, the Buyer also agrees to the sending of information messages to the e-mail address and/or telephone number provided by him, which are necessary to fulfill the order for goods or services.
3. The seller confirms that the personal data provided by the buyer will be processed only for the purpose to sell goods and services to AAb dog shop.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
1. The buyer must accept the ordered goods.
2. If the data provided in the Buyer's order changes (address, telephone, or e-mail), the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller by e-mail or telephone.
3. The Buyer must comply with other requirements established in these Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
1. The Seller, unable to provide the Buyer with the ordered item (s) (in case of significant circumstances), undertakes to return the money paid by the Buyer within 5 (five) business days. In this case, the Seller is released from liability for non-delivery of the goods.
2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address indicated by him.
FINAL PROVISIONS
1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations.
